A. 請留意地暖專用發熱線結構:

選用結構最簡單的地暖專用發熱線，結構越簡單越耐用而且效能最高。
若果同時揀選最高絕緣能力級別的絕緣材料製造地暖專用發熱線，可使防漏電、防腐蝕、防鹼及防水的能力達最高標準。
緊記必須使用完全由廠家在生產過程中做接駁位置而並非在現場處理，這樣便可確保絕對防水滲入接駁口。

現在很多產品催向越來越複雜，結構越複雜越容易損壞，壽命越短。

1. 選擇雙重 PTFE 最高規格的絕緣材料及同時以金屬保護網包裹整條專用發熱線。此專用發熱線結構非常簡單，使用兩層最高級別的絕緣材料 PTFE 由內及外包裹及保護 Multi-stranded conductor 多重合金發熱線；中間構造有 copper earth screen jacket 金屬保護網加強專用發熱線的拉力並成為漏電裝置。

我們提供的地暖專用發熱線結構簡單並使用高級別的材料製造，再經安全認証標準 IEC800 及 IEC60335 測試，耐用程度及壽命可達最高標準。理論上此等地暖專用產品壽命可長達數十年，但我們只會根據進口廠家的標準說明，壽命可長達 10 年或以上。(事實上在我們安裝的項目中很多客戶已經使用了十多年了；其中飛鵝山項目使用合共 40 套發熱線已經超過 16 年了。)

2. 由於地暖系統必須放在水泥層內作保護，接駁口必須100%防水，我們提供的地暖專用發熱線由廠家在生產過程中接駁好並通過測試及格後出廠 (請注意，千萬不要選擇需要於施工時做接駁的發熱產品，亦不要選擇同一時間有很多接駁口的發熱產品，因為萬一防水接駁的標準稍有差池的話，會有漏電情況非常危險，可以致命。

3. 我們提供整套地暖系統材料包括地暖專用發熱線、地暖專用恆溫控制器、地暖專用感應線、地暖專用保溫材料、地暖專用纖維保護格網、所有施工的材料。 (有些供應商將很多必須的配件及設備隱藏，到確認後才要求客戶增添其餘配件；或刻意將必要的配件取消使到價格與誠實可靠的供應商有一段距離。)

B. 對地暖系統的設計、安裝及每種測試程序有非常豐富經驗的公司為你提供服務是非常重要的:

(請注意，所有地暖系統若果安裝及設計不善的話大多會於幾年間出現問題，因此豐富的設計及安裝經驗是非常重要的。我們並非一些只在香港經營了幾年的供應商 (亦非只强調廠家有多長生產經驗的公司)；發熱線的製造商有多少年的生產經驗往往與你在每一地區使用地暖系統完全拉不上關係，最主要是確定安裝設計公司的經驗及安裝時對每一細節的經驗如何，事實上若沒有超過 17 以上的設計、安裝及保養經驗並已安裝了數百個項目的公司，對於地暖系統的風險管理必然不會全面掌握清楚。)

而下面提及的是我們公司的豐富經驗並非其它公司可比:

1. 我們公司由 1999 年起，在香港已安裝地暖系統接近 20 年時間，經歷約 800 個大小項目 (約 4650 套地暖系統)的洗禮，對於地暖系統配合不同類型的地台物料和做法已經完全掌握，並有非常完善的施工方法。再加上我們專家過去在國內、香港及澳門設計到施工程序等等合共有超過 20 年的經驗，客戶對此增添很大的信心及信任。除了電熱式地暖系統，我們的專家對於水熱式地暖系統亦非常了解。到現時為止，全港最大的一個私人大宅項目使用水暖式地暖系統 (位於淺水灣 = 敷設總共約 20,000 平方尺) 都由他親自設計及處理，該項目使用至今若接近 17 年了。

2. 我們提供最少 200W/m2 heating density 設計的地暖系統於地暖工程上，地面溫度一般可達到 28 deg. C。若少於以上的 heat density 的話，地面的溫度會不足夠，只會浪費金錢，及後亦不可能作出任何補救。(有一些沒有經驗的供應商只提供不足 100W/m2 的 heat density ，地面溫度嚴重不足)

3. 價格是否合理 = 過去 20 年我們已為不同客戶安裝約 4650 套地暖系統，大部份的項目都由用家介紹。我們的系統物超所值，價格絕對合理，因此得到很多用家推崇，不斷推薦其他客戶使用我們的產品！(我們提供最頂級的地暖系統。由於我們選用了結構最簡單的專用地暖發熱線，因此價格非常優惠！)
