新西蘭廠家現已將我們最高級別的地暖專用發熱線加強抗壓能力:

將第二層絕緣材料 (outer PTFE jacket) 由原來 0.2 mm 厚度增加至 0.4mm 的厚度
加入一層保護性更強的 Kapton Film

地面溫度的標準

按雲石或地磚地台材料，有安裝5 mm地暖專用保溫材料並敷設 25 mm保護水泥層計算下:

(以上溫度隨時受不同環境影響，只供參考)

備註:

1. 上述的地面溫度從過往接近20年在香港安裝4650套地暖系統的溫度統計而成。

2. 若地面材料是木地板的話，表面溫度減去 5 deg C 至7 deg C 不等。

3. 若沒有安裝保溫材料的話，大約有18%熱力流失，影響約 2-3 deg C。

4. 我們大約十多年前使用過電熱氈(150W/m2) 而被投訴地面溫度不足夠。因安裝前已經向客戶說明了有這種情況發生，最後已經沒有方法再增加了。

5. 以上的溫度會隨着室內及室外的環境不同而產生變化，只作參考之用。
